The post-donation experience — thank-you messages, redirects, and social sharing — shapes how donors feel after giving and drives repeat engagement.
The moment after a donor completes their gift is your best opportunity to deepen the relationship. A thoughtful post-donation experience reinforces their decision, makes them feel valued, and can turn a single donation into ongoing support or organic promotion for your campaign.
Thank-You Message#
Donors see a thank-you message immediately after their donation completes. Choose from one of the available options — "JazakAllah Khair!", "JazakAllah!", or "Thank you!" — to match your campaign's tone and audience.
Redirect#
Enable redirect to send donors to another page after donating. This is useful for directing supporters to your main website, a follow-up survey, a volunteer sign-up form, or a community page.
When auto redirect is enabled, donors are sent to the URL immediately after their donation completes — no thank-you screen is shown. When auto redirect is off, donors see the thank-you message with a clickable link they can follow on their own. If no redirect is configured, donors return to the campaign's home screen.
Social Sharing#
Enable sharing to let donors spread the word about your campaign immediately after donating. Donors who just gave are your most motivated advocates — they've already demonstrated belief in your cause.
You can customize the sharing URL (defaults to your campaign page) and the sharing message — the default text that accompanies the shared link. Write something that invites action: "I just supported Masjid Construction — join me!" works better than a generic description.
