Understanding Campaigns#

Campaigns are the core component of fundraising on Nizam. Each campaign functions as a separate fundraising initiative — from annual drives and Ramadan appeals to ongoing giving programs. Organizations can create an unlimited number of campaigns, with each campaign tracking its associated donations and recurring plans.

Donation Collection Methods#

Each campaign supports two donation collection methods:

Checkout modal — an optimized donation overlay that appears directly on your website. Supporters complete donations without leaving the current page, providing a seamless experience across desktop and mobile devices.

Campaign page — a dedicated landing page hosted by Nizam that combines campaign content with an optimized donation form. Campaign pages are ideal for sharing across email, social media, and messaging — no website required.

You can enable both for your campaign simultaneously, and each surface can have its own content tailored to its context.

Nizam Devices#

Extend your fundraising beyond the screen with physical donation hardware. The StandPro is a floor-standing kiosk for high-traffic areas like masjid lobbies, and the Handheld is a portable tablet for events and volunteer-assisted giving. Both accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, and contactless cards, and donations flow into the same campaigns and reports as online giving.

Organizing Your Fundraising#

Campaign groups bundle related campaigns together. Present them as a single entity with pooled donations, or show them side by side so donors can choose where to give. Groups get their own landing page and URL.

Funds organize donations by purpose for accounting and compliance. Multiple campaigns can deposit into the same fund, and funds operate independently from how campaigns are grouped for donors.
